It’s painful to see humans making the same mistakes over again. Arrogance and ego and greed seem to drive their actions and lack of actions. I see the United States following the same path which all previous empires have followed for the last 4,000 (four thousand) years, and which has continually lead to the collapse of at least fifteen (15) empires and which has lead to serious damage to the known world at those times. The Israelis want to treat the Palestinians the same as the United States treated the First Nation (Indian) people, and then be suppressed when the Palestinians fail to see the Israelis God given right to be masters. The United States, having done the same thing, of course, supports the Israelites and ignores the war crimes committed by the Israelis and points to the steps the Palestinians take in self defense and call them terrorists. The United States has lost it’s moral values and culture through political correctness and corruption. This happened in the Ronam Empire, the Phonesian empire, the Greek empire, the Ottoman Empire, the French empire, the Spanish empire, the Russian empire, and the British empire, amongst others. The mechanical minded empires and countries in their quest for the last dollar, Yen, Huan, Rubbal and other forms of money are failing to consider the damage they are doing to the earth, and are polluting the waters and air to the determent of all. The First Nation people tried to preserve their environment for 7 (seven) generations in their planning. With the quick profit mindset, the planning usually doesn’t go past the next quarter. I do not know the answer, but I fear we will soon learn what it is, to our detriment. We seem to have this vastly inflated image of ourselves, in the overall scheme of things the earth in fact the whole solar system as we know it it's completely insignificant, if it were to disappear tomorrow the universe would scarcely notice it. We are just a drop of water in an endless sea, no more nor less than any other drop of water. If we succeed in making our planet uninhabitable by humans and the current life forms which reside here the planet would start over and generate new forms of life. This has happened several times in the past with the extinction of 99% of the life forms on the planet at that time. We're not yet so far down that road that we can't recover but to do so we are going to have to learn to live together and in tune with the planet and the universe. We cannot continue to blame others for our failures and know that the universe, just like the ocean, has no particular concern about whether you live or die. Ideologues and fanatics like Putin and Netanyahu Will hasten the end of a habitable climate on the planet which we all need to survive This, of course, is only my opinion, others may see it differently.
